Designed the complete electrical installation for Mr. Sathiesh’s 5-storey premises, ensuring compliance with safety and performance standards. Electrical testing, including Insulation Resistance and Continuity checks, was thoroughly conducted to verify that the wiring was accurately and safely installed. The premises operate on a 3-phase 60A CEB supply, for which a detailed design was developed for the Main Distribution Board (MDB) and associated sub-distribution boards, ensuring efficient and reliable power distribution across all floors.
To achieve energy independence, the building incorporates a 40 kW hybrid solar system, complemented by a LiFePO4 Battery Energy Storage System and an in-house 12 kVA backup generator. This integrated setup ensures uninterrupted power supply, reduces reliance on the grid, and enhances overall energy efficiency.
